How to book a room at the Zirka hotel
You can choose any convenient way of booking:

- Online — click the ‘Book’ button next to the selected room, fill out the form, specify the dates and the number of guests.
- Personally at the reception — our administrators will help choose the best accommodation option.
House rules (at all stages of booking)
- Prepayment: in the amount of 10% of the booking sum.
- Children under 7 years old without a separate bed — accommodation is free.
- Check-in time: after 2:00 PM.
- Check-out time: until 12:00.
Booking cancellation conditions
- The booking is confirmed after a 10% advance payment of the total cost is made.
- The prepayment is non-refundable and is not returned regardless of the reasons for cancellation, change of arrival date, or guest no-show.
- In case of cancellation or no-show, the reservation is canceled, and the advance payment is charged as a penalty.
Payment security
Online payment is made through the LiqPay (PrivatBank) payment system using modern encryption methods.
